Surprising as it may sound, the SAJ Hideout, a `back to basics' holiday experience has held many conferences and events. However each of these conferences and events were different from the large scale conferences we hold at SAJ Earth. All of them were limited to a small number, between 40 and 60 guests and were participatory in nature.

Conference members took part in cycle expeditions, fishing competitions, planting and tea plucking competitions and also in learning to dance with our tribals. All this hard work was done between pie charts and power presentations, thereby providing conference participants, an unusual and unforgettable conference experience.
